The Scrying One

Born at the dawn of consciousness, the Scrying One embodies, and is the highest exponent of, the art of Psionics, a kind of magic parallel to the usual Oniric breed that characters such as Lyx and Oracle wield. 

Not much is known or can be known about them, since they are said to be able to rewrite the minds of those who would seek them on the fly.
