The Protagonist (Paige)

The Protagonist (default name Paige) is the character the player experiences the world through. At the beginning of the game she has no alignment, fealty or almost thoughts at all, having been scraped clean of her essence in a Reverse Awakening.

During the course of the game the player's actions will mold her into different beings, each with their own particular view about the end of the world.

Mementos

(Almost) unique to the protagonist is the ability to utilize Mementos, fragments of an individual's essence that she has understood and made her own: these allow her to perform a limited and controlled Hubris, allowing her to change her body and combative abilities.
