Locales
This section will mostly be about the locales themselves, focusing on their appearance and mechanics/happenings in the game, meaning that all but the most essential of story and lore notes will be found in the appropriate section down at the bottom of the “Setting” section.
For this reason I’d throw a big ass
HUGE SPOILER WARNING
right about here, since it’ll go pretty in depth about how everything nailed to the floor (and the floor itself) works here, about the creation mythos and many of the supposed “big reveals” down there. So, if you want to play EB blind when it (eventually) releases I’d suggest you turn tail.
If you’re an unfortunate collaborator who has been sent this, welcome and thank you for agreeing to read the absolute mess!!
As stated in the introduction, this is (at least for now) the bespoke knowledge base and reference sheet for Ego Breakers, and as such is mostly meant as a “jump in, get the info and jump out” kind of document.
The “ask me whenever and I’ll answer ASAP” clause is fully in effect for this as well, with the caveat of this being the definitive truth and current “real” lore. Sometimes I forget and get confused, and if I respond with something that contradicts what’s written here, here wins.
With that out of the way, let’s get on with it.
