Omar

A warrior prince of tanned skin, he carries the Ego of a legendary dragonslayer. He believes that one’s true justice should stand firm before trials and tribulations. Take advice from those who came before you, for they were wiser; but if you truly see the error in their ways, do not hesitate to burn it all down for a brighter tomorrow.

…Or at least that’s what Father says.

The Awakening came at a difficult time for Omar Ikhmul; his father, the man who managed to be a beacon not only to his country but his family as well, was just revealed as a traitor to his own monarchy. Within a night, the Dragon King and all of his associates were nowhere to be found… All except from Omar, who was then hailed as the new True King.

With nary an explanation but a discreetly delivered folder of documents he yet did not dare open, Omar had been left behind: he tried to scrub clean his carefree nature in the weeks leading up to the coronation, torn by doubt, guilt and questions without answers.

He Awoke right on the steps of the throne: in the mass confusion he managed to flee, leaving behind what he assumed to be a country in unhealable turmoil.

Guided by the hero who had chosen him, Omar cut his way into Naluund and took part in the Awakening Wars.

He bears the Ego of Darius, King of the Dragonslayers; while a Dragonslayer himself his time was far different, and History was not as kind to his clan as it was to Omar’s.
