Scagliatesa

Scagliatesa was one of the Krakens, a subset of the First Gods who were most related to water: he is also known as The Deep Fang.

Ages ago he rebelled against his bretheren, slaughtering countless would-be gods, only to be eventually caged far beneath the earth, with just enough water to maintain his essence.

The source of his fury has never been definitvely determined, although most scholars agree on it being in some way related to humanity's sorrows; whether to lift them or worsen them, none can really say.

He met Sirius after the latter left the Obsidian Empire's militia and the two bonded surprisingly quickly, perhaps thanks to their shared love of cheap gin and understanding of true loneliness.
