The Siblinghood
Originally founded in the northern reaches of Naluund as a reactionary force to the conquering Obsidians, the Siblinghood and its influence has since expanded all over the known world.
Similarly to the Dragonslayers, the Siblinghood does not hold any one contiguous piece of land (at least not in the Material Plane) aside from the Citadel, their final stronghold and location of the High Council.
Originally founded by the First High Council, the Siblinghood is the primary driver of innovation and technological advancement in the Naluund peninsula, with the vast majority of mages and scholars being at least somewhat affiliated to it: even after their defeat against the Obsidyan empire they were allowed and encouraged to maintain their independence, and their influence is largely credited as the reason for the unusually high literacy rate in Imperial Naluund.
While generally benevolent, the Siblinghood should not be thought of as a completely selfless force: on the contrary, being the de facto provider of "correct" information and generally well liked by the populace (as we'll discuss more at lenght in the appropriate section) has made them an extremely efficient propaganda machine, and one whose goals are never entirely clear either: while mostly loyal to the Empire, especially in the heyday of the Imperial era, the Siblinghood has always consistently played for its own benefit.
The Strongholds
The Siblinghood makes its presence known on the territory with its Strongholds: despite what the name might suggest, most of these are are peaceful structures such as schools, hospitals and shelters, and it's quite common for the Siblinghood members that inhabit them to be pillars of their respective communities.
...why do I fucking bother. Nobody is ever gonna read this.
