Butterfly Dragon

A Dragon subspecies mostly found in the forests that cover the eastern side of the Naluund Peninsula, mostly known for its ability to spread toxic powders from its wings.

Despite being relatives of true dragons they can't talk for the vast majority of their lives, and their intelligence seems to hover around that of a 5 year old child; Wyrmriders of old, however, were able to bond with these creatures, and through extensive training cultivate their fae-like magical abilities and, in time, their mind.

While extremely rare due to their slow life cycle and relatively weak body, full-grown Butterfly Dragons stand on par with the rest of Dragonkin, maintaining their connection to Fae magic into adulthood.
